The hotel's staff was very helpful in carrying our luggage from our car to the room because of the location of the hotel on a pedestrian-only street.

The staff, the size of the room, the location, the breakfast, the price, everything. We've stayed in Milazzo a few times now and just wished we'd found Hotel Medici before now. Will be staying there again as it's the best hotel in Milazzo!!

The location was incredibly convenient, just a short walk from the port and boat departure point. The breakfast selection was impressive with a variety of delicious options. The value for the price was fantastic. The room was clean and the wifi worked well. The reception staff went above and beyond, arranging parking for us and ensuring the parking lot stayed open for our late arrival. The hotel had beautiful decor and was in a lovely neighborhood with a great gelato bar nearby.

Nice hotel in a good location in Milazzo, within walking distance of the port but on a nice pedestrian street with shops and cafes. Comfortable rooms and a good breakfast.

The shower was amazing and the room was very comfortable.

Although the staff were nice to us at all times, we heard more than one screaming match during our stay ( more than the usual fiery Italian exchange). With one member of staff banging things around in the breakfast area, making us feel uncomfortable, because she was angry with the other. They need to realise they are working in a hotel and act more professionally. The other breakfast lady was lovely though.

The location of this hotel was ideal, situated in a very nice pedestrian street. It provided easy access to local restaurants, bars, and was just a 5-minute walk to the port for ferries to the Aeolian Islands. The staff at this hotel were very helpful and accommodating. They went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay, even making phone calls to the ferry company on our behalf and providing extra coffee during a delay. The rooms in the attic were surprisingly spacious, with a double bed in the main room and three single beds in the second room. It was great value for money, especially considering it was a Friday.

We had a room without balcony and the window was only a meter away from the next building, so the window had to be closed and curtains had to be kept drawn if you did not want to share your room with the neighbours.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in the center of town. The location on a pedestrian street was perfect for exploring the area. The staff were incredibly helpful, providing great tips for local restaurants and making me feel welcomed. The rooms were comfortable and had beautiful details like painted ceilings. The breakfast in the morning was a great start to the day, offering a nice selection of options.
